1. No online child identity exposure
We safeguard the privacy and digital identity of every child. Children’s full names, home addresses and pick-up routes are never shared online or in public materials.
2. Written parental consent
Before any group activity or celebration photograph is considered for publication, written consent from the parents of participating children is verified and logged.
3. Safe photography guidelines
Photographs focus on educational engagement, creative work and collaborative play. Staff and visitor personal devices are not used to photograph children during school hours.
4. Reporting a concern
